Hey, whats up everybody. This is Ankit Sharma from spectramynd.com and welcomes to the episode 1 of the podcast.
My God, I can't believe its happening.
So in today's show, I would like to give a small introduction about me and the things that I do and then we will discuss what this podcast will be all about and how it will benefit me and more importantly, you as a listener.
So To start with, let me introduce myself as Ankit Sharma and I am a webmaster with an experience of more than 8 years in the industry. I was working as freelancer under the brand name spectramynd.com and now I thought to turn this into a resource to help people in my own small way.
People who are willing to be an Entrepreneur, a blogger or willing to build a startup.
I want to their one-stop resource where they can find all there answers to simplify the web online technology. The most complex part for someone who is new and just starting up.
I am also the co-founder of an Indian handicraft e-commerce marketplace SPECTRAHUT.COM where we sell Indian Handicrafts products from all over India.
Basically it a small idea to bring the world closer to India's rich heritage and culture.
Basically, I was never a 9-5 job kinda person. I always wanted to do something on my own.
I did 3 jobs for 3 years to learn how things work and just to get a corporate exposure. The last two jobs were in small startups where I learned a lot and I thank God that those two jobs happened to me.
I can't thank enough to my bosses of those two jobs, where they guided me as a mentor and help me learn stuff from scratch.
And this is very important if you wish to be an Entrepreneur and build a startup, You should get a job for at least 1 year if you have not developed any product or idea during college itself.
A 9-5 job in a startup will help you learn what it takes to run a startup and how you struggle to learn new things by your own and trust me that an awesome experience I had with my last two jobs.
With that experience, I was able to kick start as a small web design and digital marketing studio and here I am now sharing all those experiences and my journey with all you guys out there, who are willing to make a change in their lives and need someone to simplify the technology part of the business you want to start.
I am not a scientist or a Ph.D. in web technology, I am just a curious novice and loves to share my knowledge and experiences with you so that you can make a better decision for your business.
So here is what we will be doing on this Podcast. We will be discussing tools and stuff that will help your business grow and we will also be taking questions directly from the community, from you guys so that we can find a solution to a LIVE problem.
So If you have guys have any questions regarding how to make your business websites or blogging, Search Engine Optimization or affiliate marketing or Digital marketing.
You are most welcome to join our small community that we are building in form of a facebook group and the link is https://www.facebook.com/groups/spectramynd/
Once you join that group, just shout out to me and I will surely give you a virtual high-five.
So in the end, why I am doing this podcast. Well, the answer is a little selfish. Firstly to learn this new way of reaching people and to improve my speaking skills.
This is something new and I would love to learn that. It like I am speaking on stage in front of so many people and this is something I would really like to learn and improve on.
Secondly, to create a resource that people can use, on the go,
you can listen to a podcast anywhere you are, no matter if you are in a gym or driving to the office or in the office itself. A podcast is the only source of information that can be consumed anytime anywhere.
So let the Karma begin and let's help each other to make a better tomorrow for all of us. And with that, I would like to end this episode with a small tip that is actually the base of this Podcast and that is, Do not afraid to fail.
In fact, fail quickly so that you can learn from your mistakes early in your life.
So fail better, get up and try again.
Alright, so thank you so much for listening to the #spectratalk podcast. I will be with you in the next episode.
Good Bye for now.
